Meet Steward by CONTINUIC.
A continuity layer for your life.
Steward is not another AI assistant, and not another personal dashboard. It is the layer underneath them — the part that remembers the person across systems and across time.
Steward is currently in development. The initial prototype is focused on proving persistent continuity across health and adjacent context.

What Steward is
It remembers you across systems and time.
Assistants answer. Dashboards display. Neither one holds the thread of a life. Steward holds that thread: what information meant, where it came from, how it relates to what happened before, and who is permitted to use it.
Everything else — the model, the app, the device — can be replaced without asking the person to start over.
01
Steward remembers.
Context persists with its provenance and permissions intact.
02
Intelligence interprets.
The best available model receives only what the task requires.
03
The person decides.
The answer returns to the person, grounded in evidence they can inspect.
The questions Steward is for
Questions that only make sense with history.
These are not search queries. They are the questions a person asks about their own life — and they are unanswerable without continuity.
“Why has my energy been lower lately?”
Sleep · Schedule · Activity · Recovery
“How am I doing?”
Trend across months, not a single reading
“What changed?”
The difference between then and now
“Should I take this job?”
Goals · Family · Finance · History
“What should we remember from this?”
A decision, kept with its reasoning
The experience
A question, answered with your own context.
You

Steward
Your sleep has declined over the last three weeks, but that change appears to have started after your evening schedule became significantly busier. Your exercise volume also increased during the same period while recovery declined.
Those changes happened together, but they do not establish a cause.
Would you like me to compare this period with the last time your energy dropped and help identify what was different?
Key factors
- — Sleep ↓ 6h12m avg
- — Evening commitments ↑ 4 → 9 / week
- — Recovery ↓ trending
- — Activity ↑ volume
- Sleep duration · wearable · daily, last 90 days
- Evening events · calendar · permissioned, read-only
- Training volume · fitness platform · weekly totals
- Prior energy dip · Steward memory · Nov 2025
- Provenance retained · permissioned sources only
Illustrative Steward concept — product currently in development
Steward does not diagnose. It assembles what is relevant, shows where every piece came from, and leaves the interpretation with the person.
The difference
Starting over, or carrying on.
Stateless AI · question only
“Why has my energy been lower lately?”
No history attached
Context must be re-explained
Understanding limited to this session
The question arrives alone. Everything the answer depends on has to be reconstructed by the person.
Steward · question + continuity
- Sleep · 90 days
- Calendar density
- Recovery trend
- Nov 2025 · prior dip
“Why has my energy been lower lately?”
+ 4 permissioned context pieces · provenance retained
The same question, arriving with the history that makes it answerable — and with every piece still traceable to its source.
Stateless interaction
- Begins from nothing, every time.
- The person re-explains their own life.
- Answers are generic because context is missing.
- History disappears when the session closes.
Continuity-aware Steward
- The question arrives with relevant history attached.
- Provenance travels with every piece of context.
- Answers are specific because the context is real.
- What mattered last year is still available this month.
A quiet system
The life is the destination.
Steward is not designed to maximize screen time, engagement or dependency. It preserves continuity quietly, becomes useful when needed, and gets out of the way.
The best interaction with Steward may end with you closing Steward.
